i want to book a ticket in tatkkal scheme for 13th may but when i tried to open the web site from 07.58 to 08.10 the web site is not opening and after 30/40 minutes the quota will get full and my booking for tatkkal quota will come under waiting list since there is only limited seats. why not the railway ministry keep their web site clear all the web site problem in the early morning to open for public to book the tatkkal ticket

today i also tried to book tatkal ticket for me to for 14th may as i could not succeed of getting ticket for 13th. but the same situation like yesterday i could not the web site from 0800 hrs to 0845 hrs. and 0850 got the web site but booking tatkal stating REGRET and asking me to try some ohter day/train.
what is the use of web site booking ? same reply every day.
will railway ministry can't do something ?
