Guys, please help me understand. I booked ticket in trail 12719 for 25th oct 2023. I received SMS from CRIS that train is cancelled. So immediately booked 1st act tickets for a previous day on the same train. Now within 24 hours CRIS sent another SMS that the canclled train is restored. Why should i loose money on ticket cancellation due to railways mis-managment?
Humane total 4 alag tickets book ki thi, jismain 2 jane ki thi 12 april ki aur 2 return ki this 18 april ki. Ab 12 april vali to covid ke chalte cancel hone se refund aagyi, lekin 18 vali nai hui hai. Iske liye kya karene? Kyunki hum uss ticket pe travel nai kar sakte kyunki hum vahan gaye hi nai.

Hi,
I have booked ticket for train no 19713 from jp to sc 2nd ac. Now the berth alloted to me are 15and 17. On irctc it says both are LB in coach HA1, whereas as the layout 17 is SL. Please clarify, thanks.
