Guys!!! Anyone from hassan who can confirm on this.. There is some construction is undergoing towards arasikere track side what is that for?

With the inauguration of Tr. No. 16595 from 8th March 2020, I read widely across media that its good news to travelers from Bangalore to Goa. Though the train board has YPR - KAWR - VSG mentioned on it. I guess there is no direct ticket / adv resv available online on irctc website from YPR to MAO. Though I found out from NTES website that the YPR - KAWR reached around 90 mins late to KAWR today and the onward train from KAWR to VSG departed KAWR only after the YPR - KAWR reached KAWR. Therefore, I have a few questions - if anyone can help -

It's total messed up. If this train will serve till vsg then what's the use I don't understand. From karwar to vsg earlier option was memu if am not wrong, now my point is if you not allowed to reserve your seats till vsg to travel & you have to make your journey in 2 parts then why this train has been introduced? Another mess is your not utilizing the take also, AC coaches are locked & u can't reserve your sleeper berths so it's better to run MEMU from karwar isn't it. Railway is not ready to earn from sleeper coaches & AC coaches from karwar to VSG. Am totally confused by this move

That is what my query is... Then what is the use of this train??? What is difference will it make?? Insted passenger could have changed the train to MEMU at karwar right. When the train is not serving end to end I don't understand purpose of this train.
