Is it Buslobby or MSRTC. The ad is given by MSRTC for Kolhapur Pune Swargate for a it's bus range and dont see any strikes. They are marketing their services while PM and RM are doing for VB. The buses take 5-6 hrs and half of travellers get down at Katraj to travel to Wakad, Hinjewadi and residential areas on ring road. For them travelling back from Pune station will take an hour.

VB fare Rs 1160 from Kolhapur to Pune breakfast, Coffee and Lunch are added, 800 minus catering. VB wil be useful for Central Pune Shivajinagar, Vimnagar Pimpri Chichwad bound travellers. Distance 330km while road it's 250km So it's competition VB vs MSRTC. Good that they have realized though being state govt entity.

Very useful to Dharmavaram and Anantapur as intercity. GTL division should run a MEMU with 530 drp GTL to Benguluru via Kalluru DMM mainline to YPR.

They need to upgrade speed of LHB trains to 130kmph in TT otherwise it will be disastrous in future after VB sleeper are also introduced in large number in another 2 years. Change Dep of DD to 705 and arrive SBC at 1245 Coimbatore DD at 1225. Brindavan dep at 725 to arrive at 1310 SBC. SWR should take SMVT Ernakulam with morning dep.
