I am Harish and I am pursuing my masters in Railway Engineering at singapore. I am familiar with automatic train signalling in indian Railways. I wanted to know what Is it the typical block length in an open track and also the over lap length. Could anyone help me out here?

Spotted this passenger train some tome back in 2015 summers at Agra Cantt hauled by bright sunny yellow colored JHS WAG-5HB on equally sunny late afternoon coming from JHS side.
I though don't remember this train name and its board doesn't even give a clearer picture!!
Any guesses?? is it the JHS - AGC passenger?
