We r 2 travelling from nizamuddin to vishakapatnam on may 19th in dakshin express link. One 3a tatkal is confirmed and the other is waiting list 1. Can I cancel that waiting list ticket alone? And take general ticket and travel together with one confirmed 3a ticket?

do not cancel,you can board with waiting list,99% it get confirmed if not then you can boardthe train as your ticket is partialy waitlist.
