i think CSTM-HWH Mail Via.Allhabad is the winner.It was started in 1870's.
Boatmail is also on the list, a 19th century train that connected MS and TN (old destination) en route Sri Lanka, then in 1914 the destination got changed to Dhanushkodi (which is nonexistent now) and then finally to the present-day RMM.
