Hi,
Is there is any site where I can give from and to and get the shortest distance train route and all stations detail from start to end . For example I need total distance between Rampurhat to Jaisalmer as well as all stations in between .

source of information and how you can proof that this is the shortest and 2018 KM . Can you provide station wise detail of KM . Is you are getting this from any site or just calculating the KM as vinay suggested.
Without checking it, i was sure that its 90di!

Using the link provided by Mr. Prabhakar, u get to know shortest possible route!!
Then break total distance into clusters of short distance (big station combo) & find passenger train running schedule in between these stations!!

With the available database, this is the only way to find out [though in this exercise also, some stations may miss some time (I remeber, when Jaipur Ajmer was converted to BG, the only train for quite some time between Jaipur-Ajmer was shatabdi which did not have any stop enroute)]. There are no readymade lists available from all the stations to all the other stations, and if at all those lists are to be prepared, this is the only way out for laymen like us. It is bound to consume time.
