regarding catering of this train-- catering done by a leading Licensee who never bothers about any complaint. Ofcourse the pantrycar managers are also responsible for the poor and not adhering the menu , rather I dont care attitude. even if they skip one item such as not serving one soup before dinner , thereby pantry car managers pocket the amount with connivance of Base kitchem staff Passengers can lodge any complaint thru toll free number that is printed in the menucard. I did this once and got the right things as per menu card
