If ticket not confirmed person need to travel in general coach. Due to limited (4 to 6) general coaches they can't travel atleast with 10% comfortably. Problems with huge crowd and wash room troubles.
If one train with completely unreserved from front to back and coach to coach acces facilty runs in every long routes it helps to distribute the crowd uniformly . All persons can adjust seats (no berth option) and can travel atleast with 60% comfortability.

Atlest experimental trial can be done. If public feedback is possitive it will resolve the common man issues.
There are some routes having "Jansadharan" trains with all general coach trains but they don't get preference in the run thats could be big problem..
General Coach compartment need to connect each other, like Sleeper coaches. This will help to reduce the crowd in one coach. It will help TTE and in rescue operation.
Actually Southern Side are mostly negelected. Most of trains are given to Mumbai & Howrah.
