Yes, you can carry your pet 'PUPPY with you, provided the charges remitted at luggage booking office. Take care of your pet, as well the co-passengers.

Sir,
Luggage charges are been assigned for Luggage Parcel Booking for Pet (in case of 1A) & for any class, accompanying Pet along with co-passenger is prohibited (while it can be booked & loaded in parcel-van, which no1 can do for their loving pet)!!
If the passenger is into any AC Class, mayb the disturbance for fellow-passenger/pet would be minimal (as pet can easily be placed in bag), but in SL, it wouldnt be pleasing experience for Pet/Passenger & mayb TTE would have to initiate action on-demand!!
Although

anything can happen in India, but suggesting for any class (this way), is simply misleading!!
@@@@@@
PS: 3A (ALD-NDLS SPL). A gal with her BF (the BF was having reservation in SL Class), was having a big dog with her. The dog was cool & was placed below SLB (as this was Gal's Berth)
TTE arrived, questioned about the guy. She informed, he is having fever, will go in-a-while.
Then TTE qestioned about Dog & said its not allowed. The gal said, in IR rule, alone gal can travel along with a Pet (& TTE was wordless, i wonder he would have been wordless, if the case would have been with a GUY) & i thought about gal's intelligence (mayb home learnt) in misleading.
The gal wasnt that alone (as invisibly, she was been accompaied by BF), but still, dog covered the journey (i appreciate, it was cool & silent, as been trained - How Dog should Travel In IR) along with the BF sharing the SLB along with his Gal, throughout!!
Morale of the Story: In AC Class, TTE can become a bit mild (especially for Gal's Alone)

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
