Wrong information,. Train follows Working Time Table (WTT) which is a seperate time table in hard copy given to train crew and not the passenger Time Table (PTT) which is provided to passenger/public via ntes,official TT, IRCTC.

I agree NTES data has discrepancies, the article you shared as a 'proof' talks mostly about real time train data and the coach information display. What that has to do with the TT. And if it has to do something, the article also mentions something about, 'linking every other data provisions to NTES'.
