increased since 2023-2024, reaching 53,600 in 2024-2025 (until September 2024). To boost revenue, NMRC has entered into 11 new agreements in the past year, generating an annual revenue of ₹6.05 crore. Additional tenders are expected to generate further revenue of ₹5.15 crore annually. NMRC is focusing on commercial activities to further enhance revenue. This includes licensing inside-station advertisement rights at 6 stations, commercial spaces for office and co-working spaces at Sector-83, and kiosks at Alpha-1. Tenders have been issued for commercial spaces at the Pari Chowk metro station and at several other stations, including Sector-101, Sector-81, Sector-83, and the depot station. Tenders for advertisement rights on metro piers and parking spaces at 15 metro stations have also been released.

(September 2024 tak) mein yeh 53,600 tak pahunch gayi. Revenue badhane ke liye, NMRC ne last saal mein 11 naye agreements kiye, jisse saal mein ₹6.05 crore ka revenue aaya. Aur bhi tenders nikale jaa rahe hain, jisse ₹5.15 crore ka revenue aane ki umeed hai. NMRC commercial activities pe focus kar raha hai, ismein 6 stations pe inside-station advertisement rights, Sector-83 mein office aur co-working space, aur Alpha-1 mein kiosks ke liye licenses diye jaayenge. Pari Chowk metro station aur kuchh aur stations, jaise Sector-101, Sector-81, Sector-83, aur depot station pe commercial spaces ke liye tenders nikale gaye hain. Metro piers pe advertisements aur 15 metro stations pe parking spaces ke liye bhi tenders nikale gaye hain.
