birth certificates. He was using the user ID of the Gram Panchayat Sihawali Sani for issuing these certificates, while the password had been given to him by the CMO office on August 5th. The investigation revealed that these fake certificates were issued on July 11th, 2022. The case was filed after the Gram Panchayat officer, Ishwar Chand, discovered the fraud. The accused is from East Champaran, Bihar.
