A surprise visit from Shri Satish Kumar, current member of Railway Board and future Chairman of Railway Board to Prayag Jn and Phaphamau Jn exposes the incompetence of NR Lucknow division. They are severely lacking behind in completing railway projects related to Mahakumbh which is about to be held in 150 days and moreover have destroyed the minimum facilities they provide to the passengers of these two stations.

more... expressed her frustration over the work of NR Lko and yet after so many high level officers scolding DRM NR he isn't able to improve things here.
One example of NR incompetence is that they blocked Annie Besant road for making an underpass in Nov,2023 and claimed it will be completed by Feb 28, 2024 and after 6 months delay they're yet to achieve 70% target, funny thing is NER managed to build 2 underpasses Jhunsi side in about 6 months and they are also not known for speedy work.
It's high time NR Lko transfers every station in Prayagraj district to NCR and honestly maybe the whole division should be transferred to NCR or NER.
Just another frustrated rant about NR Lko's work culture.

Inka kaam Mahakumbh se pehle khatam karne mein kafi peeche hai jo ki 150 din baad hone wala hai aur saath hi inhone in dono stations pe passengers ko di jaane wali basic facilities bhi khatam kar di hain.
Hal hi mein GM NR ne Prayagraj ka visit kiya aur yahan ke kaam ki speed se naraazgi jatai. Current Railway Board Chairperson Jaya Sinha ne bhi NR Lko ke kaam pe frustration dikhai, par itne saare high level officers ke daantne ke baad bhi DRM NR koi sudhaar nahi laa pa rahe hain.
NR ki ik misaal hai ki unhone Annie Besant road ko Nov 2023 mein underpass banane ke liye block kiya aur bola ki yeh Feb 28, 2024 tak ho jayega, aur 6 mahine delay ke baad ab tak 70% target tak nahi pahunch paye hain. Badi hasi ki baat hai ki NER ne Jhunsi side pe 2 underpasses sirf 6 mahine mein bana liye aur unka bhi speedy work ka naam nahi hai.
Ab NR Lko ka samay aa gaya hai ki wo Prayagraj district ki har station NCR ko transfer karein, ya shayad poore division ko NCR ya NER ko bhejne ka sochna chahiye.
