The project is expected to be completed by 2029. The longest corridor, connecting Nagole to Shamshabad Airport, is estimated to cost ₹8,500 crore, with GMR Airport contributing to its construction. The Old City section faces significant challenges, including the acquisition of a large number of properties along a narrow road, which could account for half the project's cost. The proposed route includes over 1100 properties, requiring extensive land acquisition and compensation, estimated to cost around ₹2,300 crore.
