Generally, in blogs posts, PRS is being interpreted as a counter where a ticket is issued by a railway person present physically and booking / printing the hard paper ticket OR for such a system. Hence, E or I tickets are not being considered (indicated) being a ticket of PRS.
In fact, PRS is Passenger Reservation System (developed by CRIS and adopted by IR) which is equally applicable to the Counter tickets as well as the E or I tickets (irrespective of the fact that the gateway for E or I tickets is the IRCTC).

more... could it be proposed that we use the word-set “Counter Ticket” (preferred) or “CRC Ticket” (abbreviation and hence may be preferred on that ground) where CRC represents “Computerised Counter Ticket”?
