Construction of the elevated stations and pillars has been progressing rapidly, with over 500 pillars already in place. The 5th line is part of the larger Phase II project, encompassing 116.1 km across 3 lines with a total cost of ₹63,246 crore. The project, expected to be completed by 2028, will feature 119 stations. Currently, construction work is underway on the elevated portion between Porur Junction and the Chennai Nandambakkam Business Center, including pillar installation and installation of girders. While stations are planned for Mogaliwakkam, Ramaburm, and Manappakkam, the construction of pillars and stations between Ramaburm and Kindi is expected to take longer due to limited space. The Metro authorities plan to implement traffic diversions near Madras War Cemetery to facilitate full-scale construction.

ka construction kaam tez chal raha hai, aur 500 se zyada pillars ban chuke hain. 5th line, bada Phase II project ka hissa hai, jisme 3 lines mein 116.1 km aur total ₹63,246 crore ki lagat hai. Project, jiska completion 2028 tak hone ki ummid hai, mein 119 stations honge. Abhi, Porur Junction aur Chennai Nandambakkam Business Center ke beech elevated portion ka construction kaam chal raha hai, jisme pillars aur girders bhi lagaaye jaa rahe hain. Mogaliwakkam, Ramaburm, aur Manappakkam mein stations banne wale hain, lekin Ramaburm aur Kindi ke beech pillars aur stations banne mein jyada time lagega kyonki space kam hai. Metro authorities ka plan hai ki Madras War Cemetery ke paas traffic diversion karenge taaki construction kaam pura zor se chalaaya ja sake.

These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
