Yes, new rakes happen for show-off, not a new thing. Recent example, remember Maurya Exp extension to SBP? RM/MP flagged off a new rake. Or remember when BBS Duronto was given LHB rakes? A run was made from BBS till CTC or till KUR, and that rake was never seen? A halt was given to Maurya Express at Jamtara, and a new rake was arranged for stoppage inaugural for MP/MLA just because Jamtara fell in the schedule at night?

more... rather than depending upon Katihar CDO? First that needs to be rectified, and I am sure BLGT CDO will have Bengali-speaking staff, they can make new boards. First railways and railway board should consider these steps (rather than going haste due to MCC), and rather than blaming the states, cannot we be together and try for the betterment? Cannot we keep some patience so that things could slowly fall into place? Situations need time.
