I have been calling to IRCTC customer care from morning , but they are unable to help me corectly . They told me to send PNR numbers of tickets to etickets@irctc.co.in . I sent it morning it self still no reply .
My doubt us that If they activate account , which one they activate . is there any chance that , they activate one account and merge all the tickets to that account only .

more... anybody faced similar sort of problem or anybody knows solution to this pls pls help
