(CORE) has completed all its assigned electrification projects in Karnataka, achieving a target of 264 RKM in 2023-24. The Mysuru-Hassan line is now fully electrified thanks to the Holenarasipura-Hassan section. The SWR has electrified 15 sections in 2023-24 and is currently working on three more. Upcoming projects include the Sakleshpur-Subramanya Road-Kabakaputtur line (103 km), which will enable Vande Bharat service between Bengaluru and Mangaluru. Other lines needing electrification include Vyasa Colony-Amaravati Colony, Taj Sultanpur-Khanapura, Kudchi-Miraj line sections, Ginigera-Kartagi-Sindhanur, Bagalkot-Kajjidhoni, and Gadag-Talkal. The Suldhal-Ghataprabha (31 km) in the Belagavi-Miraj section has been electrified, and work is ongoing on Kudchi-Miraj (34.8 km), which will complete the electrification of the Hubballi-Mumbai line.

Bharat Express service start ho sakti hai. Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE) ne Karnataka mein apne saare assign kiye hue electrification projects complete kar liye hain, aur 2023-24 mein 264 RKM ka target achieve kiya hai. Mysuru-Hassan line ab fully electrify ho gaya hai kyunki Holenarasipura-Hassan section electrify ho gaya hai. SWR ne 2023-24 mein 15 sections electrify kiye hain aur abhi 3 aur sections pe kaam chal raha hai. Aane waale projects mein Sakleshpur-Subramanya Road-Kabakaputtur line (103 km) bhi hai, jisse Bengaluru aur Mangaluru ke beech Vande Bharat service start ho sakegi. Dusri lines jo electrify hone ki jarurat hai woh hain Vyasa Colony-Amaravati Colony, Taj Sultanpur-Khanapura, Kudchi-Miraj line sections, Ginigera-Kartagi-Sindhanur, Bagalkot-Kajjidhoni, aur Gadag-Talkal.
