infact andheri itself is a major railway station, with all subarban and a quite a few long distance trains having halts at andheri station

Andheri itself has Railway station..Both locals and some of Outstation trains stop at Andheri..

You have to go to Dadar,from Bangalore trains come to Dadar(Central Railway)..Later cross FOB to Dadar(western Railway) and take a local to Andheri..

You can reach Andheri in 20-25 Mins in Slow local & 15-20 Mins in a Fast local.
