The project, estimated to cost ₹500 crore, will see significant improvements to the station, including a waste treatment plant and garbage disposal system. The DRM also inspected the site for the FOB and plans to create a new road connecting Jugsalai Gate to the station. The DRM met with departmental officials to discuss the progress of ongoing construction projects, including the third foot overbridge at the station, escalators on platform number 1, and lifts on platforms 2 and 3. He also discussed the availability of land for the station's redevelopment, the progress of the third line project, and the need to expedite work on the road underbridge near Jugsalai Tata Pigments. The DRM emphasized the importance of completing all projects on schedule and ensured the provision of amenities for the public.

kaam 6 mahine mein shuru hoga. Is project ka cost almost ₹500 crore hai. Is project mein station ko bahut improve kiya jaayega. Isme waste treatment plant aur garbage disposal system bhi banaye jaayenge. DRM ne FOB ke liye bhi jagah dekhi aur station ko Jugsalai Gate se jodne wali ek nayi sadak banane ka plan bhi banaya. DRM ne department ke officials ke saath baat ki, aur unhone station pe ban rahe projects ke progress ke bare mein jaankaari li, jaise ki station pe teesra foot overbridge, platform number 1 pe escalator, aur platform number 2 aur 3 pe lift. Unhone station ke redevelopment ke liye land ki availability bhi check ki, aur third line project ka progress bhi jaana. Jugsalai Tata Pigments ke paas bane wala road underbridge ka kaam jaldi khatam karne ka order bhi diya gaya. DRM ne sabhi projects ko time pe khatam karne aur public ke liye amenities provide karne pe zor diya.
