first of all there is a difference in population of a city and a district.. GZB is a densely populated suburb of Delhi with Population of around 3-3.5 million it was around 2.1 million in 2011..
all the suburbs have good connectivity with central station of Delhi ...
hence,,, long distance premium and super fast trains skip suburb.. meanwhile stops of some mid distance range trains can be considered..

stop adds to TT and makes the train less popular and hence they need to control..
multiple services and development of hub and spoke system is the solution ..
from many parts of ghaziabad and Noida traveling to ANVT and NZM are much more easier then accessing GZB..
