I would consider
1) Fencing of all tracks and placing long vision security cameras which having modern technology will be connected to the next station to find out any abnormalities was there or not.
2)Robots can be implemented soon instead of RPFs (as they can work tirelessly)

3)Strict ticket checking systems, improvement of safety in Railway stations, vigorous checking just like in Metro stations, introduction of E Ticket in Local/ UR trains
4) Selected important trains and locomotives will be painted with arts replicating local culture and traditions.
5)Will restore senior citizen concession
6)Will upgrade important single lines to double lines
7) Existing Quadruple lines will be made as Six lines
(2 lines for Local/MEMU/Passenger Up and down, 2 lines for Mail/Exp/SF/other premium trains, 2 lines for Maalgadi like DFC)
8)Will implement Southern dedicated train corridor just like for Western and Eastern India.
9)Trains will have soon entertainment facilities like Smart TV, unlimited Wifi especially in AC coaches
10) More trains connecting South India to North India
11)Will restore Sleeper class with slightly increased fare in most of trains whose sleeper coaches were lost due to rake standardization, but maintenance will be gradually improved by govt approved agencies only
12)An additional coach for Doctors , Nurses and Paramedics will be attached for important trains to help patients incase of emergency.

12) Improvement of Pantry Car cleanliness and strict cleanliness of PC to be ensured. An food chemical technologist will be appointed and a food lab also be present in PC to test food for any adulteration or contamination.

14) Also manufacturing LHB SL trains with max MPS from 130 to 160 and LHB AC trains from 160 to 220 by R&D.
