Yes, you are absolutely right. The restoration of the 22127/28 Anandwan Express to Kazipet Junction would have been a better decision instead of introducing another train. The Anandwan Express is indeed a very popular train between Kazipet and Mumbai via Balharshah.
The running time and average speed of train 22109 and 22110 seems to be quite consistent. The distance of 874 km can be covered in 14 hours and 30 minutes at an average speed of 60 kph, while train 22110 takes about 15 hours and 50 minutes to cover the same distance at an average speed of 55 kph. It's good to see that both trains are operating on a regular schedule.
