first coromandel 12841 {,Shalimar to Chennai} got derailed #7.pm after colliding with goods train ,4 coaches fell on opposite track
Next ,12864coming from SMVT to HWH ,hit it full speed with ,coaches lying on its way
total injured persons are around 400 and casualty is 70 person

Railway signal and Operating team is to taken to task
When goods was changing track ,how come Coro moved at Good speed ?? ( they should be held responsible )
Unless you get all clear on panel ,Coro should have been caution or detained .
2.Next c&W staff at SRC should be taken to task
Was PM done for incoming 12840 .if yes ,
Which coaches were attended ?? Just viewing Hot axle conditions thru inspection bay is not enough at all
3.Was Duronto going at MPS ??or +10 %
4.From my knowledge ,and presence during travel from MAS station ,I can vouch ,no maintenance is done for Coro or Mail
#MAS is carried out .as it. Has less TAT.( Only 3 hours ) SR staff do cleaning &water filling ,is done
Bed sheet if reqd is given on loan basis
All in all very sad incident ,

First, the Coromandel 12841 {Shalimar to Chennai} train got derailed at around 7 pm after hitting a goods train. 4 carriages went onto the opposite track. Then, the 12864 train coming from SMVT to HWH crashed into it at full speed, with the carriages still in the way. About 400 people were injured and 70 people died. It looks like the Railway signal and Operating team are at fault here. How come the Coro was going so fast when the goods train was changing tracks? They should get blamed for it. Also, the c&w staff at SRC need to take some responsibility. Did they even do a PM on the incoming 12840? Just looking for hot axle conditions through the inspection bay isn't enough. And I'm wondering if Duronto was going at MPS or +10%, you know? From my travel experience from MAS station, I can tell you that no maintenance was done for Coro or Mail. It's a damn mess, man.
