but some of the trains have independent rakes and they don't have that problem. you know about which I am talking about, There should definately be a Department at RB to look after this and the zonal manager must be answerable for delays in his zone and if the practice is permanent even punishments must be imposed...

So many specials runs during puja, summer etc time so i think a department should be responsible for it in each zone it passing and if do late more than 2 hrs with nonreasonable issue than punishable to that department. "Special Trains Department" should be created for proper checking of rakes, food, and cleanliness, now the time has come for introducing such type of department.

not only for special trains, it should be for all trains. many regular trains also run late and the reason is due to problem in the zones, as they leave their zone, the priority changes... the priority of the train should remain the same in all the zones...

yes, wen a spl/train leaves its zone the priority changes as experienced in journey but also signal clearance is an issue so for special this department can reschedule it as per less traffic time and provide a good run to spls widout conflicting the regular ones, Regular train do late for many issues but spl trains do coz of spl treatment.
