But no one bothers ... I will give u one example of how serious SECR is regarding this punctuality issue. A complaint was lodged in RailMadad for Punctuality loss of 12262 Duronto resulting in 6 hrs+ delay and the reply given was:

Now if a justifiable reason was given, everyone can understand but what to comment on this ....
