What is Maximum Permissible Speed of 12451 Shram Shakti Express between CNB and NDLS? Please elaborate section wise MPS.

2. What is Maximum Permissible Speed of 12452 Shram Shakti Express between NDLS and CNB? Please elaborate section wise MPS.

3. If it is 110 kmph for both side, why it is not 130 kmph, when all others trains with LHB rakes is running with MPS 130 kmph on this same route? Please elaborate reason behind its MPS not being 130 kmph and is there any plan to upgrade it speed. If yes, by when?
