Current RSA is fine with ASR express since the PM is at Wadi Bunder CST; Common point PM are always better for cleanliness - if they change the PM to ASR or MAS the RSA should be broken
Best is making the Mail/Express train as SR train - like it used to be before

MAS - CST express can leave at 14:00 PM from MAS and arrive CST at 15:30 PM and arrive CST at 14:00 PM and leave CST at 22:30 PM to arrive MAS at night 20:00 PM ---- can go for PM and can leave as Express at next day 15:30 PM by making it 15 hours for PM (train numbers should change according to SR) - In this scenario train are leaving CST at Morning , evening and at night and arriving at morning , evening and at night - with all equally distributed throughout the day with proper gap
Regarding LTT MAS express - it can be stay with CR ; But they can adjust the timing in such a way the train could leave Mumbai at 18:30 PM arrive MS at 15:00 and leave at 18:30 PM and arrive 15:00 at LTT as independent rake or some RSA with CR train that runs short distance
MS SA should be a independent train or made as Intercity train and can be extended upto Hosur with PM by SR div MS base.
