In my Recent Travel in Tamil Nadu Express, I travelled in AC 2Tier. that day coach Attendant in new Person. he supplied Pillow, Bed Cover, blanket & towel to Every one in the coach. One Group is Travelled with 6 persons in the Age group between 30- 40. They come for tour in south India.
That is the First Day Duty for that Coach Attendant in AC coach. so he Supplied bed Roll After Train departs. coach attendant age is hardly 25 knows only Tamil Language.

Attendant supply the things to every one that Group demand Two pillows to Each and everyone. and they abuse the coach Attendant in Hindi. coach Attendant say they instruct me to give only one pillow only. so i'm not give and they abuse the family also even sister also, but he not understand.
In morning time they wake up and started fight with coach Attendant and they say they want Towel and attendant say i already provided you in night time. they say no and they say that we give a complaint and fire you from job.
so he Provide the another one they put in there bag. and they say to TTE that attendant not providing any thing and they behave with me more rude. so TTE enquired in this case and give a warning to them.
Further more i can't able to tolerate, me and my co-passenger argue with TTE, what ever the person say and they disturbed whole coach and not allow anyone to sleep.
TTE warn them and coach attendant gave a complaint to TTE they they take extra bed roll and kept in there bag. then TTE call on board RPF and Train Supervisor and they inspect there Bag and take out all Extra things.
Now You people tell me.
If we Received any Problem from Railway official/Employee, We getting angry and we filling complaint against them we Request them against action.
When a passenger abuse this much to one employee on duty. what action we take against that passengers.
