Look at the rake, running a meagre 16 Coach rake on a High Occupancy and Highly congested route such as this is a wastage of rake and time slot.
TT can be adjusted accordingly to allow it to OT North East Express.
Prayagraj sincerely doesn't need this train's halt, plenty of trains to Ranchi already.

more... Prayagraj is not using it's Zonal HQ card, doesn't need to. Trains like Vikramshila Express, Sampoorna Kranti Express, Sampark Kranti Trains, etc. will be more of a headache and less on utility. Platform blockage, slot blockage etc for trains already coming filled form source or trains with destinations already highly connected doesn't make sense. Also Prayagraj doesn't have a dedicated Freight Train Yard like Kanpur or Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, so staff gets changed at Platforms only, no need block platforms for these trains.
