can i get down at cla or vidyavihar vidhyavihar.i dont have any luggage.

You can alight at Vidyavihar provided the train stops over there. Please don't try to get off a moving train even if it slows down, its risky. Probably this will take the through line in Vidyavihar and stop directly @ LTT.
will it slow down??? i am leaving at cuffe parade it will be easy for me.

Best & safe option for you is to get down at LTT walk for two-three minutes you will find Tilak nagar local station there take a local towards CSTM thru harbour line and end up at CSTM from there Cuffee parade is preaty near i guess you would be aware..

It will not touch vidyavihar station it will pass thru since from Thane to LTT dedicated 5th & 6 th lines are there it does not interfere with locals line towards DR/CSTM..
AFAIK even if the train slows down it wont be passing near the platform
I mean to say that tracks going towards LTT are not near to the platform
Vidyavihar has just one platform and tracks adjacent to it are slow lines towards thane and cst
