Ye proposal bahut pahle aaya tha...jo abhi tak materialise nahi hua. Ssm ranchi is mainly serving GHD DTO

Wo bhi proper nahi coz timing aisi hai patna AIIMS ho chuka haii or bhi bahut kuch nabinar se age ke liye wo rajdhani haii and whole area ECR me ata hai to ye muskil nhi hai
