more... coincided with a confirmed berth earmarked from LNL. That is there may be a total of X number of berths with a pre-defined ratio for LNL and the RL Quota. Depending on first-come-first-serve basis berths are allotted for both the sector/journey leg.
5) One berth was randomly picked up by the system amongst the X number of berths for LNL-HYB. Since the same berth could also have been allotted from HYB, the status did not reflect any change.

My only assumption here is LNL being a comparatively smaller station to have all the share of the GN Quota sounds a bit impractical. Hence a combined group of berths was predefined both for LNL as well as the RL Group of Stations.
