My father had booked a ticket at PRS counter of Gandhigram Station for travel on this train on 9th Aug from Ahmedabad to Bharuch. On boarding the train he realised that the booking clerk had issued the ticket for Gujarat Express on same day morning instead of Gujarat Queen Express as mentioned in the reservation requisition slip. The TTE collected Rs. 50 and gave my father a seat.
In such cases can one get full refund as mistake was committed by booking clerk?

Actually while leaving the counter after booking the ticket it should be verified so can't get refund...It is a mistake of booking clerk..
the mistake should have been pointed out before leaving the counter/ boarding the train
Agree sir its actually can say an expired ticket,TTE is kind person to allow him to travel..
2years ago my uncle book ticket frm sln to dli ,nd PRS clerk by mistake book his ticket as female , ,bt tht time he didnt saw it ,he come back home ,nd whn we saw its female thn my uncle again go prs nd told prs clerk about tht ,he said (after some argu ) 'ok i will check ur forum again '' ,nd whn he saw its his mistake he book new ticket ,
