Average Speed assigned to train in KGP-DKAE is 48 KMPH (against 47 KMPH Avg of 12503) which instates its not assigned Route MPS!!
Total run time is slashed by 45 Mins (SBC-VSKP 55 Mins sped up & VSKP-AGTL 10 Mins Slowed down).
SBC-VSKP is 110 MPS & there is no impact of small 130 MPS Stretch on this train's speed!! For me its 110 for whole stretch!! You can confirm basis this logic!!
