As far as Bokaro north cabin is concerned I did try to seek clarity in the past, but post 2017 BSL's handover point has been BKSC, whereas in the past it was bokaro north cabin, so that might mean bokaro nc is now a part of Bokaro Steel City.
But North cabin was in the past an entirely independent entity, even then however in zonal maps and working TTs BKSC was demarcated as a junction point.

Kuch khaas nhi h, think of bokaro as a sarkaari version of jamshedpur but with corruption, crime, mafia etc
Ab toh 5 mines bhi bsl ko mil gya h sail ka, bokaro is a dangerous place now

You know, if you ever want to learn more about bokaro steel city the Russians did write extensively about their experiences there.. and they were very articulate as well
A lot of published material is available in the public domain..
In my early days at BKSC bokaro was predominantly russian, there were russian billboards, shops etc.. today of course that has changed..
