An new mechanism needed to be implemented to prevent seepage of rainwater during train journey on SL an GS coaches. because even brand new LHB stock too had this problem. it is fault in railways (in icf coaches water even seeps inside even if window door close due to some rust issues, also the rate of 3E COACHES needed to be reduced because it costs 2.4x than SL fare and only 8% lesser than original 3A fare.
