It was Odisha CM's statement that started the winds of state based zonal boundaries in IR. SCoR package along with Telangana state creation furthered it. Many regions accuse their zone of regional bias in development works. Going on the same lines, should IR make way for divisional restructuring like transferring
A. Kota division to NWR from WCR.
B. Ratlam division to WCR from WR

Yes zones should not be made by State Geography but as we can see our IR has announced SCoR with 3 divisions (BZA,GNT & GTL), by disfunctioning 125 years old Waltair Division and divided the WAT division into two parts RGDA division and remaining part incorporated in BZA division. Normally as we know Zones in India were formed by divisions (not by dismantling any division). The IR can form the SCoR by 4 divisions but they played the politics and destroyed the WAT division for personal agenda.
Fate of WAT division is still not clear. Will have have to wait and see what the OSD comes out with...
