First Wap 7 of NER fails in its second trip only.Continuos fault in these 37 series loco of BLW locos are not getting noticed by anyone and RB is busy giving new targets for production by completely compromising the quality .

BTW what is the rate of production for CLW and BLW , leavind DLMW out for now ? Assuming CLW being the bigger of two and having better production capacity than BLW , if rate of production is equal or even higher in BLW ,we can conclude that quality is being compromised for quantity

This is just for this particular loco.Most of the new Wap 7 of BLW have fault in different parts sometimes Propulsion system and sometime in HOG etc.They are usually replaced as are in warranty period but the thing is because of this delay occured and the loco will be unavailable for near a week

It is .CLW produced 33 while 205 by BLW .And the truth is heavy investment near 100 crores was done for increasing production capacity of HHP diesel locos at BLW but instead Electric loco targets were given that too with minimal training of staff and expertise.

Quite shocking although CLW produces many WAP 5 and WAG 9 but still the difference is huge , IR should send teams to CLW for training and even and audit may help
