I travelled between Mumbai CSMT to Gadag on 1st April 2021 that is Yesterday during which I am sharing my experience below...
Train was running like slow local from CSMT to Lonaval with less speed and train coach is like so much shaking..
After Lonavala it catch the little more speed until Daund but after Daund upto Solapur it's horrible that Train jumping so like in toilet any senior citizen can fall easily. I never belive Daund solapur part of golden quadrilateral route is such worst line but later I

thought it might be due to 3AC coach suspension problem but when I cross Solapur the train started running smoothly without any jumps.. Even when entered SWR in Hotgi Gadag Branch line train speed increased and same time it was running smoothly on tracks like how I experience between Guntakal Ballari Hubli route.. I don't know Solapur Daund stretch is such low strength track comparing to Branch line Hotgi Bijapur in comparison to Speed and quality of strength to withstand speeds without jumps..
Please any local RF of Solapur Daund can put light on this my observation and if I am wrong let me know what is true.

Is this any reason or a joke?? Gatimaan with 12 Coach must shake madly in high speed!!
Blogger clearly instate smooth run at other stretch but DD-SUR!! Long back HPT-GTL-SBC got huge run difference in HPT-GTL & GTL-SBC (former been smooth)..Now i was in last Coach (SE) in HPT-GTL & as per your logic, last Coach must hover & shake @ high speed!! GTL-SBC was done in mid portion of rake which was no smooth!!
Smoothness depends on Ballast, Rail, Track Joints & Curves which got nothing to do with Rake Length or

Stop switching to different reasons when you are no sure!! Doubling/Electrification at different Stretch in DD-SUR keeps ride Non-Smooth as Main/Loop switch (X/O) abrupt constant speed to add friction of Acceleration/Deceleration with wobble effect of Loop-Line against double HG-BJP with hardly any intermediate Main/Loop Switch!!
CNB-LKO is FEDL with painful ride against CNB-NDLS/LKO-SLN as Freight strand at Main & M/E move via loop which creates same impact as detailed for DD-SUR!!

Yes this is what my guess also as still the Daund Solapur stretch is not completely doubled and also it's RE CRS is pending so they going to improve it in the final works before RE CRS . They need to do ballast stamping yet after which Track will fix and hardly gives any jump to trains running with high or low speeds. I travelled on same stretch on single line route in Hutatma Exp 4 yrs back that time their was no such jumps so for that reason I wrote this blog especially mentioning about this stretch. It should not be such like in the name sake of doubling they do any quality of doubling and later again they must need to do heavy ballast stamping over the route to enable smooth rides of trains.. Other than that their is no any personal intention of degrading for Daund Solapur route....
