Could any one explain the reason for the section remaining single line for such a long period? I remember being told that it is due to some land acquisition problem involving some bigwigs for a very small stretch near Ganapathy. Even I have seen pillars for a railway bridge standing in middle of a nullah for the past more than 30 years. Any one have information on this?
