OT is required according to schedule. I am saying it is not possible all the time during regular runs.
NS-NSL cannot cover Parbhani - Jalna 114km in 1 hour 8 minutes, that too with scheduled crossings. It will need at least 1 hr 30 minutes for that during normal traffic, and most trains take about 1 hr 45 minutes on an average. An average speed of 104 is not achievable for an ICF rake on this route.

In the best case, if it starts from PBN at 2:30, it will reach Jalna at 4 (even later if a more realistic schedule is followed) and AWB around 5 (again, best case).
So, if it has to reach NSL before Ajanta and CCT-SNSI slot trains, it has to OT both between AWB and NSL, which they will not do as both are passing trains that can easily clear NSL by the time NS-NSL reaches there.
It's nothing but a poorly drafted schedule.
