Rukte hi nahi hain kuch log. Agar void karna hai to its okay, par pehle baat to karo!
Mod sir ne strictly bolke rakha hai ki koi bhi void karne se pehle discussion is must!

Pls don't tag me unnecessarily ..Remove karne se pehle rukna chaiye tha or discussion karna chaiye tha if u were willing to remove ..Already destructive update ho gya uspe kya discuss karna ..The first action of removal was WRONG and hence voided .
Still agar lag rha hai k galat action hai then u need to gain consensus of co tlms .In general removal tls of already updated things are destructive and highly restricted .
