very uncomfortable and affects our well-being and mood. Introducing an effective natural remedy for improving gum health!
1. Tea tree essential oil
This oil is very effective for gum disease. Apply it directly to the gums and it will relieve gum inflammation and reduce swelling. Apply a little to the gums after brushing your teeth and rub it lightly into the gums, do not rinse.

2. Lemon juice
Lemon juice is effective against infections due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Add a little salt to 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, stir until smooth. Apply to your toothbrush and gently brush your teeth with it and rinse.

3. Turmeric
It is one of the most powerful remedies for inflammation. Make a paste by mixing one teaspoon of turmeric powder with the same amount of honey. Apply the paste to your teeth and let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then rinse your teeth. Do this every night before bed.

4. Coconut oil
Has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, it will protect your gums from gingivitis. Just apply coconut oil to your gums and don't rinse. The inflammation and pain will go away soon.

5. Aloe vera
This natural remedy is very effective if your gums are bleeding and swollen. Apply aloe juice to the gums and leave it on for a few minutes. You will need to repeat this procedure if your situation does not improve after once.

6. Baking soda
It is an excellent remedy for the treatment of gum disease. Make a paste by mixing 1 tablespoon of baking soda and a little water. Using your fingers, apply the paste to your gums. The results will be exceptional.

7. Garlic oil
Relieves inflammation and kills infection, heals perfectly. Just apply the garlic oil to your gums. You will feel a slight tingling sensation at the beginning, but you must leave the oil on for at least a few minutes for it to work effectively. Rinse with water later.

Being a medical undergraduate, based on what I learnt in my Dentistry postings, I would strongly NOT recommend lemon juice in case of gum & tooth problems.
Different bacteria break down sugars in our teeth, leading to the release of acids, which corrode our tooth enamel. Lemon juice being an acidic substance will cause gum itching and worsen the situation of tooth enamel.
On the other hand, Baking soda, being a basic substance will neutralize the acids produced by bacteria during sugar breakdown, and will prevent any further damage to the enamel.
So,

even though lemon juice has many anti-Inflammatory properties, it is not good in case of tooth damage.
Baking soda is a good option here for your tooth problems.
Thanks for your patience.

At the same time, I would not recommend Garlic oil, because it is also acidic.
