Yes, it should be made regularly. Very important train and having superb petronage.
Even with 25% total Quota, it turns out 198 for Sleeper a day & 1188 for 6 running days, which stands much higher then Weekly Gurudev (704 berth), if 100% berth is allocated for SHM & Kerala, without single quota @ intermediate stations!!
Further, its been spoken about RL Quota. For PQ/GEN, if any traveler books berth for DBRG-MLDT, that berth will be free to clear any WL from MLDT onwards during charting (PQ/GEN Quota or RLGN Clearance). Intermediate booking creates multiple booking on GEN/PQ berth, over & above RL Quota.

Are bhai ap pehle existing trains ka quota check kare. Ap bas apne assumption k upar base karke lamba paragraph likh rahe ho. Kisi bhi passing train ma 200 seats ni dia ha NFR ne Howrah ko. NFR-South via Hwh trains ma sabse jyada quota Scl Tvc ma ha probably jo ki 101 seats ha (12% approx). Ab debate karna ha to 1000 arguement mil jayega apko, week ma total seats, year ma total seats, 10 saal ma total seat, 20 saal ma total seat and so on. Lekin usse pehle quota to distribute hone dijiye Vivek ka
If the train is running daily, then its complete run days will be compared to a weekly train!! Further, with booking blocked as of now, there exist no way to check quotas!!

Not possible as this train has time slot sharing with numerous other trains.
Better would be an extension of HWH ERS Antyodaya express till TVC/NCJ/CAPE and restructuring the rakes as 12 SL coaches+4 AC coaches+ 6 General coaches+1 pantry car.
Timings are perfect and easily can be extended.
