Bro he is basically saying that the new connectivity recently given to the upper bank of brahmaputra has been taken away. The train could have been an important asset for that region as many defence personnel as well as locals could have benefitted from that train. Not every thing has to be connected to rake utilization etc. Providing one single rake for this train would not be much of an issue if they plan efficiently enough. Already many rakes have an incredible amount of TAT all over the IR.

You outcry here & if there is any real rage, people would have tried (Like for Begampura Diversion). Its more Like DOON/Ganga Sutlej Diversion, for which none is much concerned about!!
