No comparison with foreign and Indian trains.
1. In foreign trains no passengers eat ghutka, panparag. But in Indian trains many eat and spit panparag, ghutka in trains, station, toilets, ettc.
2. In foreign trains are very well maintained, but in IR new coaches get dirty in months after it starts running.
3. In foreign the average income of People r more...
more... than that in India. Overall if u see a huge % of Indian are poor and middle class people. So, they will not able to afford very high ticket prices to travel like in many foreign trains. In that case non-ac trains and cheap fares r required in India.
4. In foreign countries politics in every field is less i think then that in India.
